External ID is no longer supported and is not available for use with Unitel Voice.
Where Is External ID Found?
If you previously used this feature, you may still see the "External ID" field under Settings when editing Agent information. However, this field is no longer functional and does not impact your account or services.
Important Note:
If you see the External ID field in your Unitel Voice dashboard, please be aware that it is no longer available and cannot be used.
