Why are some of my voicemails missing from my app?

You may notice that when you login to the “Virtual Office” tab in the app to review your voicemails, some of your voicemails are missing.

This is the result of permissions not properly set. Your app is registered to an Employee Extension. Each Employee Extension User is given access permissions.  This setting is controlled on the Extensions Page by editing the Extension that is registered to the app. How do I update the permissions of my Employee Extension User?
