How do I update my "Account" email address?

Every account has an email address associated with it for billing delivery purposes, and other correspondence.  This email address can be managed in the SETTINGS --> ACCOUNT screen.  However, your phone system also has an email address associated with your extension notifications.

To update the email address associated with your billing information:

  • Click "Settings"
  • Click "Account" tab
  • Click "Edit" under the "Account Information" area
  • Enter in your new email address, and scroll back UP to click SAVE.
