How many concurrent calls can the system handle at once?

There is not a limitation on the number of concurrent calls that the system can handle. Your UniTel Voice system can handle as many concurrent calls as the forwarding number can handle. 

If the forwarding number has reached its capacity, the UniTel Voice system will either direct the next caller to the virtual voicemail box (if voicemail is ON) or will pass through a busy signal (if voicemail is OFF).
