How do I change my outbound Caller ID if I have multiple numbers?

Navigate to the Extensions page and then to your employee extension. Click edit and locate the "Mobile App and Devices" section.

Click on the dropdown under "What number will show when you place a call?" You will then select the number you want to show as your outbound caller ID. Click "Save" or "Save and Close."

NOTE: We do not recommend changing the caller ID frequently, as the number may take a few minutes to update each time.
