How do I update the permissions of my Employee Extension User?

When extensions are created, by default, they only have permission rights to their own extension.  You may want your Employee Extension Users to have the ability to view voicemails in other extensions.  These permissions are controlled within the extension.

1. Go to "Extensions" Page
2. Click "Edit" next to the extension you wish to manage
3. Scroll to the bottom to see the “Extension Login” section

* If you check the Admin box, this Employee Extension User will have the ability to review voicemails from all extensions.

* Otherwise, us the "Allowed Extensions" area to pick which extensions can be viewed.
