How do I manage my Employee (User) Extension Login?

The 'Employee User Login' is generated when you create an employee extension. To manage it, go to Extensions and Edit the Employee Extension and Scroll down to Login & Permissions section

  • Extension Users can manage their own logins.
  • Extension users with ’Admin’ privileges can manage all Employee Users

NOTE: Passwords have a minimum complexity requirement:

* Different from login,

* 6 character minimum,

* not use common words or patterns, e.g., 123*, qwert*, voip*, pass* (where '*' is a wildcard),

* contain at least three unique characters,

* contain digits and letters.
