How do I change my plans between monthly billing and annual billing?

Customers who are on monthly billing can change to annual billing and take advantage of additional savings by signing up for an annual contract.

Customers who are on the annual billing plan and wish to downgrade to monthly billing will need to wait for their annual plan term to expire before changing.
