- The Master Admin Login you created at signup is NOT your Mobile App Login.
- Your Mobile App is designed to sync with your personal Employee Extension.
- You'll find your App Login instructions inside your Employee Extension (see video below).
2. How do I ensure call quality when using the Mobile App?
- To ensure call quality you need a strong stable WiFi signal (here's how to test your connection).
- If WiFi isn't available your App will run off your device's data, but a strong WiFi signal works best.
