If you are experiencing call quality issues when using the app on a Wi-Fi connection, we advise you to turn off Wi-Fi and retest using your device's data plan (5G, 3G, or 4G/LTE).
On Apple / iOS devices:
- Close the Unitel Voice app (if open)
- While viewing your Home screen, swipe down from the upper right of your phone to reveal the “Control Center.”
- If Wi-Fi is enabled, it will be blue. If it is disabled, it will be grey.
On Android devices:
- Close the Unitel Voice App (if open)
- While viewing your Home screen, Swipe DOWN from the top of your screen.
- From the menu, you will see in the top-left corner a wireless icon:
- If Wi-Fi is enabled, it will display the connected network's name.
- Tap the icon to disable Wi-Fi.
