Why do I have a negative amount in my Account Balance?

A negative amount in the Account Balance section reflects a credit balance.

***Special Note to customers who just signed up within 30 days***

If you just signed up, you may notice that the Account Balance section reflects a negative amount.  

You do not owe anything at this time.

Our billing software only applies the taxes when your invoice is created. The credit balance on your account is the tax portion of the service you have already paid but has not yet been applied to your account ledger. This will only appear this way during the first 30 days of service. After your first invoice is created, your account balance due will reflect $0.00.
