You can access and manage your voicemail messages through the Unitel Voice Dashboard directly from your Desktop Softphone.
Accessing Your Voicemail
Open the Unitel Voice Desktop Softphone.
Click the Virtual Office icon in the left-hand menu.
Once the Unitel Voice Dashboard opens, navigate to the Inbox section.
From your Inbox, you can access and listen to your voicemail messages.
Note: Voicemail messages are managed through the Unitel Voice Dashboard rather than directly within the Desktop Softphone.
