Learn how to enable or disable Do Not Disturb (DND) using the moon icon in the Unitel Voice Desktop Softphone for Windows and Mac, and prevent incoming calls from ringing.

The Unitel Voice Desktop Softphone includes a Do Not Disturb (DND) feature that allows you to temporarily stop incoming calls from ringing on your softphone.

Enabling Do Not Disturb

  1. Open the Unitel Voice Desktop Softphone.

  2. Locate the moon icon in the lower-left menu.

  3. Click the moon icon to enable Do Not Disturb.

While DND is enabled, incoming calls will not ring on your Desktop Softphone.
