The Unitel Voice Desktop Softphone allows you to place additional calls while you're already on an active call.
Placing an Additional Call
While on an active call, click Add Call to place another call.
Enter the phone number or employee extension you want to call.
Choose one of the following options:
Merge: Combine the calls into a conference call so everyone can speak together.
Attend: Complete an attended transfer, allowing you to speak with the new recipient before transferring the call.
Blind: Transfer the call directly to the new recipient without speaking to them first.
Note: The option you select determines whether you're combining calls into a conference or transferring the original call to another person.
