The Unitel Voice Desktop Softphone allows you to make business phone calls directly from your Windows or Mac computer.
Placing a Call
Open the Unitel Voice Desktop Softphone.
Select the Dialer or keypad.
Enter the phone number or employee extension you want to call.
Click the Call button to place your call.
To end the call, click the Hang Up button.
Other Ways to Make Calls
Depending on the features available in your softphone, you may also be able to place calls directly from:
Contacts: Select a saved contact to call.
Call History: Return a previously received, missed, or dialed call.
Tip: Before placing a call, make sure your microphone and speakers or headset are properly connected and selected in your computer's audio settings.
