If you are experiencing call quality issues when using the app on a Wi-Fi connection, we advise you to turn off Wi-Fi and retest using your device's data plan (3G or 4G/LTE).


On Apple / iOS devices:

  *  Close the UniTel Voice App (if open)

  *  While viewing your Home screen, swipe UP from the bottom of your phone to reveal the “Control Center”.

  *  If Wi-Fi is enabled, it will be blue. If it is disabled it will be grey.


On Android devices:

  *  Close the UniTel Voice App (if open)

  *  While viewing your Home screen, Swipe DOWN from the top of your screen.

  *  From the menu you will see in the top-left corner a wireless icon:

  *  If Wi-Fi is enabled, it will display the connected networks name.

  *  Tap the icon to disable Wi-Fi
