Every department and employee extension comes with a voicemail box. Voicemail greetings and forwarding emails are managed in the your extension's settings. 


All voicemails will appear in your phone system's inbox. Voicemails will appear along side faxes under "All Messages". You can filter just the voicemails by selecting "Voicemails".

 

 

    


You have the option to listen, add a note, download, forward, or delete the voicemail. Voicemails are held in your inbox for 60 days. 



Also, you can set forwarding email(s) to send your voicemails. This is managed in your extensions call forwarding options. When customers leave a voicemail an email is sent with the callers information and a mp3 file of the voicemail.
