Every department and employee extension comes with a voicemail box. Voicemail greetings and forwarding emails are managed in the your extension's settings. 


All voicemails will appear in your phone system's inbox. Voicemails will appear along side faxes under "Inbox". You can filter just the voicemails by selecting "Voicemails".

 

 

    


You have the option to play voicemail messages directly from the Inbox.  clicking the info icon makes available additional options including:  Add Note, Download, Forward, or Delete. Voicemails are held in your inbox for 60 days. If Extra Voicemail Transcription is enabled, you will see the transcribed message in your Dashboard. 



When callers leave a voicemail, an email is sent with the callers information and a mp3 file of the voicemail attached. The email is managed in the Extensions screen.
