Greetings are recordings uploaded to the system to give the caller information prior to an action. There are three main types of greetings in our system.

  1. Main Greeting - This is the greeting callers will hear when they call your number informing them to their options. An example would be "Thank you for calling ABC Company for sales press 1, for support press 2, press 8 for the dial by name directory." Setup Here
  2. After-hours Greeting - What your callers will hear if you are after business hours. Setup Here
  3. Voicemail Greeting - These are controlled at the extension level. Callers will hear this prior to being sent to voicemail. Setup Here
