The Unitel Voice Desktop Softphone allows you to update existing Quick Dial contacts, including their display name, phone number, and BLF settings.
Editing a Contact
Open the Unitel Voice Desktop Softphone.
Click Contacts in the left-hand menu.
Locate the contact you want to update.
Right-click the contact's name and select Edit.
In the Edit Quick Dial Entry window, update any of the following:
Display Name: Change the contact's name.
URI: Update the contact's phone number or employee extension.
Enable BLF: Turn Busy Lamp Field monitoring on or off for compatible employee extensions.
Click Save to apply your changes.
Your updated contact information will now appear in your Quick Dial contact list.
