Do Not Disturb (DND) is a feature on your Unitel Voice IP phone that prevents the phone from ringing when you receive an incoming call.
This is useful when you're in a meeting, working on an important task, or simply don't want to be interrupted.
How Does DND Work?
When DND is enabled on your IP phone:
Your desk phone will not ring for incoming calls.
Other devices connected to your employee extension, such as the Unitel Voice Mobile App or Desktop Softphone, can continue to receive calls.
Turning DND off allows your IP phone to ring again.
Important: DND only affects the device where it is enabled. It does not automatically turn on Do Not Disturb for your other devices.
How to Turn DND On or Off on Your Yealink IP Phone
Locate the DND button or softkey on your phone's display.
Press DND to enable Do Not Disturb.
Your phone will display a DND indicator when the feature is active.
To receive calls again, press DND to disable it.
Note: The location of the DND button may vary depending on your Yealink phone model.
What About the Unitel Voice Mobile App?
Do Not Disturb on the Unitel Voice Mobile App is managed separately from your desk phone.
Changing DND on your IP phone will not automatically change the settings on your mobile app.
Need Assistance?
If your IP phone isn't ringing, check whether DND is enabled. If DND is turned off and you're still having trouble receiving calls, please contact the Unitel Voice Support Team.
