How Do I Log In to My Unitel Voice Account?

Visit pbx.unitelvoice.com to access your Unitel Voice online dashboard.

Enter your Login (Username) and Password to sign in.

Your login credentials are associated with your Employee Extension and can also be used to access the Unitel Voice mobile app.

When you signed up for Unitel Voice, you created a username and password.

For most customers, the username is the email address used during signup.

Not sure of your username? Check your original Unitel Voice Welcome email. Your login is listed there as Username.

As the account holder, your Employee Extension is automatically created with Admin and Billing privileges, allowing you to manage your account.

Your Unitel Voice Welcome email contains the information needed to access the mobile app.

You can sign in using either:

If someone else created the Unitel Voice account and added you as an employee, you should have your own Employee Extension and login credentials.

Your account administrator can send you an Employee Extension invitation email with instructions for accessing your account and the mobile app.

Didn't receive your invitation?

Ask your Unitel Voice account administrator to resend it. Your administrator can also review or update your login credentials within your Employee Extension settings.

Each employee should use their own login credentials rather than sharing another user's login.

If you've forgotten your password:

Important: For most customers, the Login and Email fields should contain the same email address used during signup.

If you're unsure of your username, check your original Unitel Voice Welcome email.
