How Do I Log In to My Unitel Voice Account?
Your Unitel Voice login gives you access to your Unitel Voice account and mobile app.
How you received your login credentials depends on whether you are the account holder who signed up for Unitel Voice or a team member who was invited to the account.
If You Signed Up for Unitel Voice
When you signed up for Unitel Voice, you created your username and passcode as part of the signup process.
These are your Unitel Voice login credentials.
You can use the same username and passcode to:
Log in to your Unitel Voice online account
Log in to the Unitel Voice mobile app
Your login is connected to your Employee Extension, which is automatically created when your account is set up.
As the account holder, your user is also created with Admin and Billing privileges, allowing you to manage your Unitel Voice account.
Logging In to the Mobile App
Your Unitel Voice Welcome Email includes the information you need to access the mobile app.
You can either:
Log in using the username and passcode you created at signup, or
Use the QR code in your Welcome Email to quickly log in.
If You Are a Team Member
If someone else created the Unitel Voice account and added you as a team member, you should have your own Employee Extension and your own login credentials.
When your Employee Extension is created, your account administrator can send you an Invite Email.
Your invitation will provide the information you need to access Unitel Voice and log in to the mobile app.
Didn't Receive Your Invite?
Ask your Unitel Voice account administrator to resend your Employee Extension invitation.
Your account administrator can also find your username and passcode within your Employee Extension settings.
Each team member should use their own login rather than sharing another employee's credentials.
Where Do I Log In?
To access your Unitel Voice account, visit the Unitel Voice login page and enter your username and passcode.
If you're using the Unitel Voice mobile app, use the same login credentials associated with your Employee Extension.
