Overview of your Unitel Voice account. Learn what each section in your dashboard does.

When you log into your Unitel Voice account, you're greeted with a variety of features and settings that help you manage your phone system. Here's a quick guide to the key sections you'll find in your account.

1. Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is your main hub where you can monitor call activity, check voicemail, and access key settings.

  • Recent Activity: See your recent calls, voicemail messages, and any account updates.

  • Quick Access: Easily navigate to other sections such as Extensions, Call Forwarding, and more.

2. Extensions

Manage your users and groups with Employee Extensions and Department Extensions. This is where you set up the users of your phone system.

  • Add Users: Assign new employees with extensions.

  • Manage Groups: Create and organize extensions into departments or groups.

  • Extension Settings: Configure call forwarding, voicemail, and other preferences for each extension.

3. Greetings

Here, you can set up various greetings to guide your callers. These include the Main Greeting, Voicemail Greeting, and After-hours Greeting, all customizable to suit your business needs and provide clarity to your callers.

  • Main Greeting: This is the recorded message that plays when callers first dial your Unitel Voice number and serves as the initial introduction to your business.

  • After-hours Greeting: Automatically set a message to be played outside your designated business hours, ensuring callers receive appropriate information even when you are unavailable.

  • Voicemail Greeting: Used when an unanswered call is routed to voicemail, allowing you to provide additional instructions or a customized message.

4. Call Forwarding

This section allows you to forward calls to different numbers or extensions, ensuring that no call goes unanswered.

  • Forward Calls: Set rules for forwarding calls to mobile devices, office lines, or voicemail.

  • Custom Schedules: Create custom schedules for when and how calls are forwarded.

5. Voicemail

Your voicemail inbox stores messages left by callers when you're unavailable.

  • Listen to Messages: Access voicemails from any device.

  • Voicemail Settings: Customize notifications and message storage settings.- Customizable Greeting Options: Include greetings such as Main, Voicemail, and After-hours Greetings, ensuring flexibility and professionalism in communication.

6. Call Logs
