Settings Menu Overview & Missing Access Help

The Settings menu is where Admin users manage important parts of their Unitel Voice phone system, including billing, greetings, numbers, and account preferences.

What’s Inside the Settings Menu?

Account

View account usage, update login credentials, manage billing details, and access past invoices.

Greetings

Customize your Main Greeting and After-Hours Greeting so callers hear the right message.

Your Numbers

Manage call forwarding, caller ID settings, and add additional phone numbers.

Music on Hold

Choose from built-in hold music options or upload your own custom music or recorded message.

Billing

Update payment methods and download past invoices.

Call Block

Block unwanted calls by adding specific phone numbers or area codes.

Extras

Access additional tools and features available on your account.


Why Is My Settings Menu Missing?

The Settings menu is only available to users with Admin permissions. The Master Admin User and any Extension User with Admin Permissions can see the Settings menu.

If You Are a Non-Admin User

If you do not see the Settings menu, your login likely does not have Admin permissions. Please contact your account administrator if you need permission changes.

If You Are the Account Administrator

If you should have access but the menu is missing:

  1. Make sure you are logged in using the Master Admin account credentials.

  2. Log out, then log back in to refresh permissions.

  3. Clear your browser cache and reload the page if needed.
