What can I do within the Virtual Office navigation?

The Virtual Office icon found in your app is your control center for managing your Virtual Phone System.

Accessing Virtual Office

  • Tap the Virtual Office icon to open the dashboard.



  • After opening the dashboard, you can use the hamburger menu (☰) in the upper right to navigate within the phone system.



  • Clicking the hamburger menu (☰) will give you access to navigate within the phone system

What You Can Do in Virtual Office

  • View Call Logs – Track incoming, outgoing, and missed calls.

  • Listen to Voicemails – Access department and employee extension voicemails (if you have permission).

  • Send Faxes – Upload PDF files and send faxes directly from the app.

  • View Inbound Faxes – Check received faxes anytime.

  • Update Extension Settings – Manage individual extension preferences.

  • Record or Change Greetings – Update Auto Attendant and Voicemail greetings.

  • Modify Call Flows – Adjust how calls are routed within your system.

  • Purchase New Numbers – Buy local DIDs or toll-free numbers instantly.

  • Manage Call Blocking – Add numbers to your Call Block List.

  • Customize Music on Hold – Upload and manage your hold music.
