Your account email address is used for billing, account notifications, and other correspondence. This can be updated separately from the email address used for voicemail notifications.
Updating Your Billing & Account Email Address
Go to Settings
Click Account
Under Account section, enter your new email address
Enter your new email address.
Click Save to confirm the change.
Updating Your Voicemail Notification Email
If you need to update the email address associated with voicemail notifications, you must update those in the extension. Refer to this related article for step-by-step instructions.
