Each extension in Unitel Voice has its own email notification settings, allowing you to customize where voicemail messages are sent.
How to Update Your Email Notification Preferences
Go to the Extensions Tab
Choose the Extension to Modify, and click Edit.
Scroll down to the Notification email addresses section
Click Save
Need to send notifications to multiple emails?
You can enter multiple email addresses—just separate them with commas (no spaces) (e.g., [email protected],[email protected]).
