You can easily update the email address where your text messages are sent by making changes in the Unitel Voice texting portal. Note: The Unitel Voice texting portal is separate from the Unitel Voice phone system portal.
Follow these steps:
Log in to your Unitel Voice texting portal (not the phone system portal).
Click the Avatar in the upper-right corner, and choose Settings.
Click Edit.
Update the "Email Addresses" field.
Scroll to the bottom and click "Update Agent" to save your changes.
Once updated, all text message notifications will be sent to the new email address.
