Managing Your Phone Numbers In Unitel Voice

Where to Find and Manage Your Phone Numbers

You can manage all your phone numbers in "Settings" > "Your Numbers."

From this section, you can:

Play My Main Greeting – Calls to this number will hear your main greeting before being routed.
Transfer to Extension – Calls bypass the main greeting and go directly to a selected department or employee extension.

Caller's Number – Your mobile phone’s caller ID will display the original caller’s number.
Virtual Office Number – Your mobile phone’s caller ID will display your Unitel Voice number instead.

? Tip: Save your Unitel Voice number in your contacts to easily recognize business calls.

Copy (Recommended) – Faxes are converted to PDFs and emailed to the Notification Email while also being stored in your Inbox for 60 days.
None – Faxes are not saved or forwarded.
Forward – Faxes are converted to PDFs, emailed to the Notification Email, and then deleted from the system.
Notify – Faxes are stored in your Inbox, and a notification email is sent (without the PDF attachment).

The email address where fax notifications will be sent based on your selected preference.

Set your primary time zone to ensure accurate call logs and proper after-hours greeting timing.

Choose from our selection of hold music, upload your own, or disable music entirely.
Changes may take up to 2 minutes to take effect.
