Once you have permission, you can create a distribution list.
How Distribution Lists Work
A distribution list allows you to send one message to multiple people at the same time.
Each message is sent individually—recipients will not see it as a group message and will not receive replies from others in the group.
Each distribution list can include up to 20 people.
