Do I need to dial a '1' when making an outbound call?

Unitel Voice supports both 10-digit and 11-digit dialing formats.

No, dialing a '1' first is not necessary when making an outbound call with Unitel Voice.

You can place your call using:

  • The 10-digit format (e.g., 630-579-0058)

  • The 11-digit format with '1' (e.g., 1-630-579-0058)

Both formats will work seamlessly, so use whichever you prefer or are accustomed to.
