If you prefer callers to hear a traditional ringtone instead of music while waiting, you can easily adjust your Music On Hold settings.
How to Change Music On Hold to a Ringtone
Navigate to Settings > Music On Hold in your Unitel Voice dashboard.
Select "Ringtone":
In the drop-down menu, choose "Ringtone" instead of music.
Save Your Changes:
Click "Save" to apply the update.
Processing Time: It may take up to 2 minutes for the changes to take effect.
