What is Music On hold and how does it work?

You can switch music on hold to ringtone. Select “Ringtone” in Settings > Music On Hold for a classic call experience.

I want callers to hear a ringtone, not music.

Set custom hold music per number. Override the default music on hold for individual numbers in Settings > Your Numbers.
