Why isn’t my extension included in the Dial-by-Name Directory?

Activate extensions in the dial-by-name directory. Enable employee extensions under Extension 8 and click save.

Employee Extensions are not automatically added to the Dial-by-Name Directory. To activate an extension, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Extensions in the left-navigation

  2. Click EDIT next to Extension 8.

  3. Check the boxes to activate the employee extensions.

  4. Click SAVE to finalize the changes.
