Employee Extensions are not automatically added to the Dial-by-Name Directory. To activate an extension, follow these steps:
Go to Extensions in the left-navigation
Click EDIT next to Extension 8.
Check the boxes to activate the employee extensions.
Click SAVE to finalize the changes.
