Click Extensions tab in the dashboard. This is where you manage all users and extensions.
Add another Employee Extension by clicking the + Icon on the Employee Extension list.
Edit the name and email in Personal Details
Set their Permissions Settings. They can be an admin with billing access, or you can give them access to other extensions if needed. If you leave them as is, they will only have access to their extension settings and information.
Click Save. This will close the extension settings.
Next, to send an invite email to this newly created user, click the edit icon next to their employee extension
under the Login Information section, click the Invite Extension button. This will send an invite email to the user.
Troubleshooting User Invitations:
Invitation Not Received? If the user has not received their invitation email, ensure the email address was entered correctly and check their spam/junk folder.
User Can't Log In? If the user cannot log in after accepting the invitation, verify that they’ve followed the email instructions properly or resend the invitation.
