How to Transfer Your Number:
Select the Transfer Option During Signup
When signing up, choose the option to transfer an existing number instead of selecting a new one.
Complete & Submit a Transfer Request (LOA)
After placing your order, you'll be prompted to complete a Letter of Authorization (LOA).
Submit your signed LOA along with a copy of your most recent bill for the number (to verify ownership).
Unitel Voice Contacts Your Current Provider
Once we receive your documents, we’ll submit a request to your current provider to release the number.
Number Transfer Timeline
Toll-Free Numbers: Typically transfer in 2-3 business days.
Local Numbers: Typically transfer in 7-10 business days.
No Downtime Expected: Your existing number will remain active until the transfer is complete.
