Steps to Forward a Number to an Extension:
Click Settings > Your Numbers in your account dashboard.
Adjust Forwarding Settings:
Select Transfer to Extension from the available options.
Choose the Extension:
Click the Edit icon to change the extension where you'd like calls to be forwarded to.
Save Your Changes:
Once you've selected the extension, click Save to apply the settings.
What Happens Next?
Calls to this number will bypass the main greeting and go directly to the selected extension.
