No, you do not need to keep the app open to receive calls.
When someone calls your Employee Extension, a PUSH notification will be sent to your mobile phone. This means:
You will receive an incoming call notification—just like a regular phone call.
Simply tap to answer the call directly from the notification.
If your phone is locked, swipe to unlock and answer the call as usual.
Tip: Ensure push notifications are enabled for the Unitel Voice app in your device settings to avoid missed calls.
