You can adjust the ring duration for your Unitel Voice mobile app to control how long it rings before forwarding to another device or going to voicemail.
If you're making this change from the mobile app, you must click the "Virtual Office" button in the app to access these settings.
How to Adjust Ring Duration:
Click the Extensions Tab.
Click Edit next to the Extension you wish to modify
Scroll down to the Mobile App section
Enter your preferred ring duration (measured in seconds) in the Ringing time
Click Save
Recommended Setting:
We recommend setting this to 30 seconds, which is the default value.
Important Note:
If your ring time is too short, you may miss calls before you have a chance to answer.
If it’s too long, callers may hang up before being forwarded or sent to voicemail.
