Why is my Settings Menu missing?

Only Admins can access the Settings Menu — contact your admin or log in as Master Admin.

For Non-Admin Users:

  • The Settings Menu is only visible to Admin users.

  • If you require access, contact your account administrator to request an update to your user privileges.


For Account Administrators:

  • If you’re the administrator and the menu is still missing:

    1. Ensure you’re logged in with the Master Admin account credentials.

    2. Try logging out and logging back in to refresh your account permissions.
