Unitel Voice supports the following file formats for sending faxes:
PDF
TIFF
JPG / JPEG
Important Notes:
DOC and DOCX file formats are not supported at this time.
The maximum file size for any fax is 5MB. If your file exceeds this limit, consider compressing the file or splitting it into multiple faxes.
For the best results, ensure your document is in one of the supported formats and within the size limit before sending.
