If you're having trouble logging into your Unitel Voice account, it may be because you’ve forgotten your password. Follow the instructions below to reset your password for both the online dashboard and the mobile app.
Resetting Your Password for the Online Dashboard:
- Go to the Login Page.
- Click "Forgot your login / password?" (Below the password field.)
- Enter either your Username or your email address.
- Click Send Email.
- Check Your Email: We’ll send you a link to reset your password. Check your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case).
- Follow the Reset Link: Click the link in the email to create a new password.
- Log In: Once your password is reset, return to the login page and log in with your new credentials.
Resetting Your Password for the Mobile App:
The login credentials for the mobile app are tied to your employee extension. If you’ve forgotten your Unitel Voice mobile app password, follow these steps:
- Login to Your Unitel Voice Account.
- Follow the Reset Passcode steps above if you've forgotten the login credentials for the Unitel Voice dashboard
- Click Extensions
- Click Edit next to the employee extension
- Scroll down to the Extension Login section and update your information.
- Scroll up and click Save or Save & Close
- Once your password is reset, open the mobile app and log in using your updated credentials.
