Does UniTel Voice integrate with CRM programs like Sales Force or Zoho?

The UniTel Voice Office Plan allows for "use with softphones", but at this time, does not have full integration with those CRMs.

Customers can use our softphone configuration information and register into those CRMs, to technically make it work, however, the true "integration" is not something that we have completed, yet.  It is in our Development Roadmap for 2021.
