Step 1: Download App


The first thing you need to do is download the mobile app 


Download Apple/iOS App

Download Android App



Step 2: Sync With Employee Extension


Once you have the app installed on your phone you’ll want to sync it with your employee extension. Once loaded the mobile app will ask for an Account ID & Password or QR Code. This is a different set of login information than the “Account Login” created when signing up for service. You can use your employee extension's username & password or the login credentials & qr code found in the "Mobile App & Devices" section of your employee extensions edit menu in the dashboard. 


Note: If you do not see this section make sure “Mobile App & Devices” is toggled ON in the general settings section.
