In order to prevent accidental reset of this counter, viewing the Incoming Calls page alone will not reset the counter. You must choose ‘Missed’ from the Type filter. Additionally, Missed calls will only be identified with-in the last 1-week. Missed calls outside the 1-week window will continue to be displayed with a ‘Missed’ status but will not affect the badge counter.
