*Prior to March 2017, Users were managed under the SETTINGS tab. They are now managed within Employee Extensions.**
Users are managed in the “Extensions” area of the phone system. Click the Extensions iconand then in the Employee Extension section, click 'Add Extension' or 'Edit' . Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the section, and you will be asked for Username, Email, and Password, to establish the user. You will also be asked to update the permissions for that user. These permissions apply to what other features will be visible to the user. If the “Admin” box is checked, this user will have full rights to all areas of the phone system. Otherwise, you can choose which extensions this user can review, and any voicemails specific to those extensions will be available to this user.
