If you don’t see your recorded calls, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
The Call Recording Hasn't Processed Yet
Recorded calls can take up to 2 hours to appear in the portal. If your call was recent, please allow time for processing.
Call Recording Is Not Enabled for the Extension
Call recording must be enabled for the specific extension to be recorded.
If it's not enabled, recordings won’t be saved.

You Don’t Have Permission to Access the Extension
You must have permission to access the extension where the recorded call took place.
If you don’t have the correct permissions (set in the Extensions page), you won’t be able to view its recordings.

Still Not Seeing Your Calls?
✅ If you’ve waited longer than 2 hours and confirmed you have the correct permissions, but calls still don’t appear in the Recorded Calls section, please contact support:
